1: It can purify the liquid steel, create the uniformed texture and reduce defects. The mechanical properties, anti-intergranular corrosion and anti-pitting corrosion capability of the product are equivalent to those through the solid solution treatment.
2: It can improve both the processing performance and the production efficiency, and so reduce the product cost.
Use method:
1. The recommended usage amount of the refining agent is 0.3% of the weight of the liquid steel. For the casting of pouring basin, add further 0.1% refining agent to the pouring basin.
2.Before tapping, scatter the refining agent on the surface of liquid steel in 3 to 4 times, then carry out the casting immediately.
3. keep the agent in a dry condition, and away from damp and water.
